Not to fix anything, but to remember what\u2019s already working inside of you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On <strong>Saturday, August 16th from 10:00 to 11:30am<\/strong>, Healthwise provider <strong>Chantelle Ebben, MA<\/strong>, is leading a quiet, powerful in-person workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner voice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>What You&#8217;ll Experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This 90-minute workshop blends movement, guided meditation, breathwork, and simple somatic tools to help you feel more connected and supported from within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll be gently guided through:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A calming meditation using iRest Yoga Nidra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breath and grounding techniques to ease your nervous system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal Family Systems (IFS) reflection to meet your inner critic with compassion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quiet space to explore how you&#8217;re really feeling, without pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a space to slow down, soften, and meet yourself as you are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>This Might Be for You If\u2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019ve been feeling disconnected, anxious, or overwhelmed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re tired of pushing through and want something more gentle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re curious about mind-body healing but don\u2019t know where to start<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You want tools that actually help you feel better in real time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You don\u2019t have to come with a plan.
