How can you tell if your anxiety is normal?<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i0.huffpost.com\/gen\/1968641\/thumbs\/n-WORRY-large570.jpg\" alt=\"WORRY\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Everyone worries at least some of the time. Whenever you are in a mode of trying to avoid something bad, stress and fear are a natural reaction. \u00a0So, then the question becomes: How much is too much?<\/p>\n<p>That is where we take a page from the &#8220;serenity prayer&#8221; that is credited to the theologian Reinhold Niebuhr.
