Welcome back to (a new) routine at Healthwise Studio.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>ROUTINES = COMFORT<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>No matter how different <a href=\"https:\/\/zenhabits.net\/12-ideas-for-establishing-a-calming-routine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">daily routines<\/a> look this year, the ones we create for ourselves offer stability and comfort. When the world feels turned upside down, methodic habits are a powerful way to soothe and calm our beings.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe it\u2019s a few minutes of journaling in the morning, a lunchtime meditation, or an evening walk.
